• Ground Shipments will be processed via UPS Express services.
• We offer Free Worldwide Shipping via UPS Express and the package will be delivered to the customers within a span of 4-7 Business days. (Assuming No Delays Encountered From UPS Services)

• All duties, taxes or other charges are prepaid for our customers in the United States.
• However, for customers based in United Kingdom and Europe, an additional VAT of 20% will be applicable as per the government norms which can either be prepaid or to be payable during the time of delivery.
• In case of a buyer from any other country apart from those mentioned above can feel free to contact us for any doubts or queries.

Unless otherwise requested, all our jewelry comes in a gift jewelry box with discreet outside packaging. Once the package is ready to ship, we send photos and videos of the same for our customers to check and validate. Once we have the customer’s approval, only then the shipping is initiated.

If for some reason the customer is unable to make himself available for the delivery or in case of a surprise gift, buyer can also request for the package to be held at the shipping center. The package will be held there for up to five business days until it is collected by the customer in a person or any other person deputed by him or her.
The designated person must be 21 years or older and must also present a valid identity proof for verification. The customer may also choose to get the package delivered to their office address, a family member or a close friend.
